Rkatsiteli — is a popular technical variety of white grapes hailing from Georgia, but it is also distributed in other countries, including Azerbaijan. By the way, the name “ Rkatsiteli” means “ red vine ”. The vine got this name for its color - its petioles have a reddish hue. Rollers do not belong to aromatic varieties of white grapes. Standard wines are neutral in aroma, while amber wines insisted on the skin « are opened by shades of kuraga, raisins, notes of dry herbs and orange cedars ».
