"Madrasa" (Matrasa) is an indigenous variety of red grape, predominantly grown in the mountainous regions of the Shirvan district, with the highest point at the summit of Mount Babadag, which reaches a height of 3629 meters. The variety is named after the village of Madrasa in the Shamakhi district of Azerbaijan (Shirvan region). Madrasa wine constitutes the so-called "golden fund" of Azerbaijan's ancient winemaking tradition. From the Madrasa variety, rich red wines are produced. They are abundant in aromas of raspberry and wild berries, with a prolonged aftertaste.

Merlot, a grape variety, was initially mentioned as "Merlau" in 1784, translating to "blackbird" in Southern French. In 1824, it became known as Merlot. It has become a global cultivar, grown on every continent except Antarctica. Wines of this variety are characterized by cherry-plum aroma with hints of olive, rosemary, mushrooms, and tobacco. Our Merlot labels pay tribute to our beloved cato-dog, Ursik.

Bayanshira – high-quality Azerbaijani wine grade of late ripening grapes, distributed in the mid-mountain belt. Named after the village of Bayan, Dashkesan region of Azerbaijan. By the way, translated from Azerbaijani as « white juice ». From this variety, wine is obtained with an expressive taste and color, with notes of citrus and saffron. Our Bayanshire wines insist on a skin, have a tannin structure.
